Items Needed In Connection With Your Mortgage Application
Providing this information will expedite the processing of your application!
For All Applications :
- Most recent pay stubs (past 30 days)
- W2’s forms for all jobs held in the past 2 years
- Most recent bank statements for the past 2 months
- List of all debts, with account numbers, monthly payments and balances
- Copy of purchase offer
- A photocopy of your driver’s license or another form of photo ID
- Check for application fee and appraisal fee
Additional Items that MAY Apply to you:
- Social Security, Disability, Pension, Retirements or Annuities, a copy of the current award letter, the 1099 form the prior year, and your signed Federal Tax Return will be required
- Alimony, Child Support or Separate Maintenance, a copy of the Divorce Agreement giving the amounts of support. Copies of 3 months cancelled checks or 3 months of support collection unit stubs showing month amounts.
- If you are selling an existing residence, a copy of the purchase offer on THAT property.
Construction:
- If you are building a new home we will need a copy of your deed, survey, and abstract to land.
- Copy of signed contract with builder or dealer and all construction costs to complete the home 100%.
- Layout of house and specifications.
